Our national network of field agents can attend the customer’s address to make contact with a view to re-establishing engagement with the client. The report you will receive can include confirmation of the customers contact details if permissible, property description, any assets noted at the time of the visitation and if the customer has cleared out we will endeavour to obtain landlord/real estate agent information plus interview neighbours.

Repossessions

We have extensive experience in providing efficient, compliant and professional repossession services. Our network of agents have been through our procurement process that includes but is not limited to undertaking and passing e-learning modules, having the necessary insurance policies in place, appropriate licenses and satisfying our security audits. An essential supplier to repossessions is the engagement of a towing contractor. All towing operators engaged by us have met our stringent procurement policy.

Once the asset has been repossessed we can arrange to take care of the assets sale functionality that includes the issuance of the appropriate notices and the process for customers to redeem the asset.

We can also obtain court orders under section 100/101 of the National Credit Code through our panel of legal providers.

Mortgagee in Possession

We have vast experience in taking possession of property on behalf of the mortgagee. Our role is to work in with the sheriff or in other cases, vacant possession to secure the premises by changing locks and to ensure the property is safe and secure.

We also manage the removal of any property at the premises through our vast network of removalists and offer supervised access. Once the assignment has been completed you will receive a portfolio of photos and if required video of the property illustrating it’s condition.
