Through its extensive network, Insight Mercantile offers the following services nationally as part of its end to end service or on a case by case basis:

Field Calls attending (via telephone and in person) on Customers for the purpose of collecting Debts including, making requests for payment of Receivable(s) under Customer Facilities and/or making Repayment Arrangements, including by taking receipt of money.

Repossession of assets secured by Customer Facilities by accredited field agents.

Pre-finance asset inspections to verify the validity of the asset and establish the bona fides of equipment, including motor vehicles, aircraft, farm machinery, boats and industrial equipment.

Collection of voluntary return of secured assets.

Consumer Credit Code Court Orders required for entry onto premises and repossession of Consumer Goods .

Management of Debt Recovery Court Proceedings including the outsource of commencement of legal proceedings to our specialist lawyers.
